  3. These flowers are poisonous apart from being pretty. So, keep them away from you’re your kids.
  4. Lilies have a huge family and it is 108 to be exact.
  5. This significance of lilies dates back to the Egyptian empire, and endured through medieval times. In the Victorian era, lilies earned the meaning “majesty,” due to their lovely shape and long-time association with the Virgin Mary.
