Terrorism is basically defines as the unlawful use of violence or force against persons or property to frighten or force a government or its people to further definite social or political aims. Law enforcement frequently identifies two types of terrorism such as domestic and international. Domestic terrorism is executed by the citizens of a country with no foreign direction. On the other hand International terrorism is essentially connected to foreign groups or governments and it goes further than the boundaries of the nation.
James Feldkamp: The individual who teaches international and domestic terrorism
Theory and Politics of Terrorism by James L. Feldkamp is a comprehensive test of the diverse features of terrorism. James Feldkamp, the author and editor of Theory and Politics of Terrorism is the Commander USN Ret., has been able to obtain a M.A. in international affairs from the well-known Catholic University of America. He is also a graduate of the Naval War College. At present, at George Mason University, he is the teacher of domestic and international terrorism, and he known to give lectures on terrorism and maritime security at US and international conferences.
Prior to coming to the academic world, Feldkamp flew conflict missions as a Naval Flight Officer during Desert Storm. Post this, he has been associated with the FBI as a Special Agent and has been a founding member of the Tidewater Joint Terrorism Task Force in Norfolk, Virginia. After this; James L. Feldkamp has resigned from the FBI to run for Congress in Oregon’s 4th Congressional District. He then went on to become the Republican nominee in both the 2004 as well as 2006 elections.
After this, Feldkamp served for The Office of Global Maritime Situational Awareness in Washington, DC. and the National Maritime Intelligence-Integration Office as the international outreach officer. James Feldkamp has competencies and skills in the following areas which include:

He has been a guest speaker about International terrorism at Elliott School of International Affairs, George Washington University in addition to National Security Studies Program. In addition, he has also reviewed and edited university textbooks named “Counterterrorism” by Jones & Bartlett Publishers.
